Founder of the Negotiation Centre  Šarūnas Mačiulis is psychologist, trainer of negotiation and mediation, associate professor of negotiation & sales at business school at Vilnius university , official mediator of the Confederation of Lithuanian Industrialists and head of the Center of negotiations of this confederation, official mediator of Lithuanian Association of Chambers of Commerce (and head of the Center of negotiations of this association), of the hotels/restaurants association and the Lithuanian Union of doctors, a member of the Panel of Mediators Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation, a member of the Lithuanian Union of Psychologists (Committee Organizational psychology). He has practiced business mediation since 2007 and business negotiations since 1991. Š. Mačiulis organizes negotiation and training for business structures of Lithuania, EU and CIS countries. He has extensive experience in negotiating with global brands: Oracle, HP, Lukoil, Lacoste, Pizza Hut, KFC, Mustang, Rockport, etc.

Š. Mačiulis negotiated: with representatives of business organizations from Germany, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Turkey, Estonia, China, the Russian Federation; retailers in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia; with commercial banks of Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Moldova, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan. Research interests of Š. Mačiulis - negotiation, conflict resolution, effective communication, management of social relations and qualitative research.
